NHL's future participation in Olympics in doubt as IOC balks at continuing to reimburse expenses

The NHL and NHLPA have been told by the IIHF that the IOC is balking at reimbursing some of the expenses that were paid for in the past for the league and players, sources confirmed to ESPN.
